Bigger projects, a bigger team, maybe even a bigger salary, but most importantly a bigger impact on the work your doing!
This position sits with one of the most exciting building services consultancies in the Australian market. Our client, headed up by some of the countries most experienced engineers, offer the unique blend of Tier 1 projects and service offerings, whilst maintaining the culture of a more traditional consultancy.
You'll get hands on with some pretty exciting projects in the commercial, healthcare, mission critical/data centres and more, so a great chance to build on your existing portfolio. Where this role really stands out is despite the larger projects, they are relatively flat structured, meaning everyone in the team is happy to lean on one another to get projects meeting deadlines, even the directors!
In just over a decade, they have grown to around 250 consultants. They have doubled in size in the last two years, and in the next 2 years, they intend to do the same. By 2028, they have plans to be a global entity with 800.
There is a genuine buzz about the place.
They are looking for an Associate or Associate Director to join them on their journey. Working closely with the leaders in the business, you will support them on major projects, whilst handling others on your own.
Day to day you'll be overseeing engineering projects, manages teams, ensures compliance with regulations, collaborates with stakeholders, and resolves technical challenges to deliver high-quality structural solutions. In-case you're worried about 'screen time' you'll also get the chance to visit sites, scoping them out and meeting clients during the delivery of a project, so plenty to go at!
You'll put together your own individual learning and development program based on your personal goals and ambitions and be supported to achieve these.
You'll be paid fairly and given the flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week, being treated like an adult- developing at your own speed, building your own career path and having the independence to be yourself.
