About the role:
The Associate Finance Business Partner will provide financial and commercial insights to Portfolio stakeholders and work closely with the Finance Business Partners, using strong analytical skills to advise and support in effective decision making for the overall benefit of the University.
Role based requirements
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).
- A Police Check is required.
This position is at a HEP 8, $106,345 - $119,759 per annum, classification plus 17% superannuation. This is a full-time (36.75 hours per week), continuing position.
About you:
- To be successful in this role, the applicant must have demonstrated experience in Finance Business Partnering, experience in providing high quality financial insights to help deliver strategic objectives by key stakeholders for large complex organisations, dealing with senior executives and cross functional stakeholders.
- The applicant should possess exceptional analytical skills, strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills including the ability to negotiate and influence decision making.
- Working within an ever-changing environment, the applicant needs to be agile and open to change, adaptable and flexible to undertake new challenges and operate in new innovative ways.
