The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious lawyer to join our recoveries team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will enjoy working alongside our experienced team across a diverse range of motor, settlement and recoveries matters nationally.
This role presents a fantastic opportunity to manage your own portfolio, mentor junior lawyers and work directly with Australia's major insurers. You will be committed to exceeding client service standards and achieving the best outcome for your clients by providing timely advice, consistent and accurate legal advice, and value for money.

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A Bachelor of Laws or equivalent and a current New South Wales practising certificate
- 2 - 3 year's post admission experience in defendant insurance litigation
- The capability to run a portfolio of 100-120 files autonomously
- The ability to manage files proactively within a fixed fee cost structure
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to build strong internal and external client relationships; and
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and client service standards.
