  • Salary: $100,343 - $107,279 p.a - Ongoing Full Time - RN/M2A

The Role

Join us in a dynamic leadership role where you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of Mental Health Inpatient Services in Whyalla. As an integral part of our team, you'll collaborate closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, contributing to innovative practice changes and ensuring seamless care delivery.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of management functions, from performance management to financial planning, all aimed at optimizing patient care. Drawing on your nursing expertise, you'll mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering evidence-based, recovery-oriented services, making a tangible difference in the lives of consumers and the local community. Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.

Must hold a relevant postgraduate qualification in Mental Health practice.
