The Division of Aged, Cancer and Continuing Care is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated nurse leader who is interested in pursuing a leadership opportunity as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager on ward 2B (GEM) at Sunshine Hospital. This position is a permanent part time role.
The successful applicant will work in partnership with a strongly committed team to shape provision, service development and implementation of high quality and efficient care to our patients.
The ANUM will be working alongside the NUM in a leadership and management role of our 24 bed ward that provides care to patients under the GEM bed card. The role involves working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and taking responsibility for the provision of high quality nursing care to the patients within our ward.
You shall be expected to foster a culture of inclusiveness, trust, flexibility, accountability and continuous quality improvement for both staff and patients.
