About the role:
As the Associate Professor/Professor, you will make outstanding and original contributions to learning and teaching, scholarship, engagement and research within the school. You will contribute to the strategic direction of the school with a specific focus on the role of technology, lead new curriculum and pedagogical developments as well as higher degree student supervision and will be expected to undertake leadership roles in the school and contribute to the wider university. This role has a teaching, research and leadership focus within the Information Technology/ Information Systems areas in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. As well as providing disciplinary leadership, you'll will make significant contributions to quality improvement of programs including ensuring the implementation of assurance of learning activities, mentorship of staff in the learning, teaching and research activity of the school and in the development, implementation and accreditation of the curricula; as well as contributing directly to ACS accreditation and other accreditation as required.

- Total remuneration valued to $184,137 - $202,691 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $155,980 - $171,838 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level D) or total remuneration valued to $236,720 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $200,923 pro rata) pa (Academic Level E), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. The level of appointment will be determined based on the level of experience, skills and capability of the successful candidate.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
