About the Role

Reporting to one of our Trustee Services Directors In this role you will work with our clients who are predominantly global and domestic investment managers. In this position, you will assist with managing all aspects of a portfolio of clients.

The role provides great exposure to senior professionals across the Investment Management industry including Fund Managers, Administrators, Auditors and Lawyers, as well as exposure to a broad range of responsibilities and experiences allowing you to advance your career in a friendly and vibrant team environment.

• Tertiary qualified, financial background

Experience

Essential

• A keen eye for detail and a base level understanding of risk and compliance concepts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Good commercial awareness
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable

• A base level understanding of the funds management industry
• Competent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the lifecycle of a portfolio of trust clients (including responding to client requests)
• Work with the Trustee Services team members and risk and compliance to ensure compliance is managed appropriately in accordance with compliance plan controls 
• Work with the Trustee Services team members and risk and compliance to monitor service providers including; investment managers, custodians/administrators, registries and prime brokers 
• Assist with the Trustee Services team members managing regulatory and other product updates to scheme documents including PDS updates.
• Assist with monitoring ongoing compliance with scheme documents including PDS and Constitutions and service provider agreements
• Assist with the coordination between internal and external legal teams to review service provider agreements and other legal contracts
• Assist with the on-boarding and integration of new business 
• Assist the team to maintain relationships with key clients and service providers.
