As a Senior Associate Interior Designer, you will play a key role in leading and managing interiors projects, working closely with clients, design teams, and stakeholders. You will be partnering with the Directors and work together as a team to produce the best possible results. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the design development and documentation process, ensuring adherence to design intent and project specifications.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, institutional, and urban planning.
• Working closely with the Directors as the 2ic.
• Leading and mentoring juniors, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
• Managing client relationships and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Utilizing your proficiency in Revit to produce accurate and detailed architectural documentation.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• A degree from an accredited institution in Australia or the UK, providing a solid foundation in architectural principles and practices.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering projects across diverse sectors, showcasing your versatility and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Revit, enabling you to produce accurate and high-quality architectural documentation.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
