The Role
Join our client's Restructuring and Insolvency team in the Disputes and Investigations Practice, a leading group in the Asia Pacific region. Focused on commercial litigation and restructuring, the team offers unparalleled exposure to global trends and cross-border matters. Collaborate with various Partners to gain diverse experience across sectors and specialize in areas of interest while developing a strong foundation in your field. Benefit from the team's involvement in some of Australia’s most significant restructuring and insolvency cases.
In this role, you'll:
- Advise on complex corporate restructuring and workouts.
- Handle formal insolvency administrations for major banks, private capital funds, and leading accounting firms.
- Evaluate distressed investment opportunities for private capital funds.
- Manage cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters in collaboration with Linklaters.
- Represent leading Australian companies in major commercial litigation.
This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible options available to suit your needs, including hybrid working arrangements. We're open to discussing what works best for you.
About You
Successful candidate should possess:
- Experience in restructuring and insolvency from a top-tier Australian firm or international practice. We welcome candidates with a blend of experience in restructuring, insolvency, and commercial litigation.
- Strong capability in managing sizable matters, fostering client relationships, and engaging in business development initiatives.
- A passion for continuous learning, professional growth, networking, and mentoring others.
- Ideally, you will have 3-6 years of post-qualification experience.
