This Line 2 role will support the design and delivery of the assurance strategy and plan including operational execution of assurance and reporting and will enable delivery of control effectiveness insights through creating methodology, tools, systems of work.
About the Role:
- Execute a risk-based assurance plan and maintain an end-to-end view on the quality of activity, capability and capacity of controls.
- Draft, provide and deliver reports to the business and senior management including detailed findings and recommendations and agreed actions by the business
- Assist the team to develop and facilitate relevant training and education programmes on assurance as required.
About You:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, accounting or other discipline.
- Relevant experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, quality management, process design.
- Technical strength in controls assurance objectives and techniques.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- An ability to communicate complex messages to a broad range of business stakeholders.
