As an Audience Engagement Producer, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the digital presence of our diverse portfolio of publications, reaching millions of readers across the nation. Your mission? To captivate, inform, and inspire our audiences through strategic content initiatives and community-driven engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute audience-centric engagement and content strategies across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience interests.
• Community Engagement: Foster meaningful connections with our audience through interactive campaigns, social media engagement and community-driven initiatives.
• Analytics and Insights: Utilise data-driven insights to measure Audience Engagement metrics, track performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with editorial teams around Australia to coordinate cross-functional campaigns and leverage content opportunities.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate our Audience Engagement strategies and enhance user experience.

• Strategic Thinker: You have a keen understanding of audience behaviour and can develop data-driven strategies to drive engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: You're comfortable navigating a fast-paced, ever-changing digital landscape and can pivot strategies accordingly.
• Innovative Mindset: You're not afraid to think outside the box and explore new approaches to Audience Engagement.
• Digital Skills: You love learning about new tools and ways of attracting digital audiences to ACM's award-winning content. Knowledge of Canva,
• Flourish, newsletter and social media strategies a plus.

Location:

This role can be based in our offices in Sydney or Melbourne, or in one of our large regional media offices around Australia. Flexible work arrangements are available.
