Our client specialises in providing comprehensive Audio Visual (AV), digital signage, and end-to-end workplace technology solutions to some of the biggest brands in the retail, hospitality and corporate industries.
The Opportunity
Are you passionate about Audio Visual technology and looking to kickstart your career in this dynamic field? Our client is looking for a relatively Junior to Entry level Audio Visual (AV) Installer to join their team. This will see you embark on an exciting journey where you'll install, maintain, and support cutting-edge Audio Visual systems. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our client’s success.
Job Scope:
- Install and maintain Audio Visual video conferencing systems, both physical and cloud-based monitoring.
- Deploy and manage Digital Signage systems, including physical and cloud-based monitoring.
- Configure PC and Media players for AV and Signage purposes, and manage content for cloud-based systems.
- Assist in the installation and cabling of video wall screens and LED screens.
- Perform installation, termination, testing, and commissioning of cabling and equipment for AV systems.
- This role primarily operates from our client’s office, with occasional travel to client sites,
- Site vehicle is available for travel around Greater Sydney for client site visits
- Flexible working hours and occasional interstate travel may be required.
What we are looking for?
- Prior experience in Audio Visual technology is desirable but not essential.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Drivers licence and white card preferred
