AddressAudio Visual Technician
We are seeking interest from highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an audio-Visual Technician at Circl Group servicing our Harvey Norman contract.
As an Audio-Visual Technician, you will play a vital role within our organisation, installing TVs, home entertainment systems, multi-room audio setups, CCTV systems, and networking solutions. You will work closely with our service, sales, and administrative teams to ensure the delivery of outstanding service to our clients. You will also manage training and quality control with our contractors and relationships with the in-store team.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of TVs and Soundbars including wall mounting
- Installing high end theatre Audio and Visual systems
- Installing, testing and commissioning home entertainment and networking systems as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform all work tasks safely and productively.
- Training of new installers
- QA inspections
- VA assessments
- Customer and client relationship management
Experiences & Qualifications
- Current ACA cabling license (preferred but not required)
- Current security installer license (preferred but not required)
- Drivers Licence.
- Able to pass a National Police clearance.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- White safety awareness card.
- Experience in the building industry is preferred but not essential.
- Highly organised and motivated team player who contributes to a positive work culture.
- Ability to read and interpret building plans (preferred but not required)
- Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance at work.
