Job Description
The main responsibility of the National Digital Collaboration Lead is to ensure all KPMG sites nationally have a standardised, high quality and efficient approach to the AV/VC technologies that support the business and all its employees. You are required to provide efficient, effective and timely delivery of digital collaboration services (Video Conferences, Client Pitches, Webinars, Hybrid Events). You will need to ensure not only that equipment is operational, but to build positive employee and customer relationships within the business to promote and utilise the available technologies.
Your Opportunity
- Deliver consistently high-quality digital collaboration experiences for the AU KPMG Sites (Webinars, Recordings, Hybrid Pitches In-Sight centres etc.)
- Create Dedicated spaces for hybrid/digital events to be run in key sites in order to increase the utilisation of the services
- Provide and lead the strategic intent for technical digital collaboration capabilities.
- Use the successes and learnings to create standardised process and procedure documents to create a national standard
- Work effectively with the AU TechZone teams and team leads
- Ensure Users are aware of how to efficiently operate meeting room technology
- Ensure our support teams nationally are aware of the most efficient troubleshooting methods for digital collaboration technologies.
- Facilitate and support the business during technology transitions
- Record all relevant information including progress accurately re Service Request in ITSM Tool (ServiceNow) in accordance with KPMG Policy and Processes.
- Maintain an accurate record of progress against requests for service using “ServiceNow”.
- Participating in local/national projects as assigned.
- Support for the national team involved with digital collaboration technologies.
- Mentor and develop other members of the team across multiple technology streams and locations.
- Ensure national procedures and processes are accurately documented within ServiceNow and managed through their lifecycle - including software licensing, warranty information and vendor support agreements.
- Perform management related activities in line with agreed policies and support processes.
- Discussing various pain points with members of the AU team in order to ensure a standardised process nationally.
- Actively identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to Technology Services and Support Managers.

Your Experience
- Tertiary level qualification and/or relevant experience.
- Vendor certification/s highly regarded.
- MCP qualification and/or relevant experience.
- VC/AV qualifications, experience highly regarded.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and communications.
- You can communicate technical concepts in layman's terms.
- You have a sense of urgency-but also the ability to keep your cool.
- You have a foundational understanding of ITSM methodologies
- You share a passion for technology.
- You are passionate about sharing knowledge and developing others technical skills.
