Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Audio-Visual Site Supervisor to join our team. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing AV installations on various projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV technology and experience in supervising teams. They must possess strong technical skills and leadership qualities to effectively supervise and manage installations at various sites.

Daily responsibilities include:
- Supervise and coordinate daily implementation activities.
- Manage a team of AV technicians, including subcontractors and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or challenges that may arise during implementation.
- Conduct site inspections and walkthroughs to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit reports, documenting project activities, progress, and any incidents.
- Order and track necessary equipment and materials for each project
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during installation.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the audio-visual integration industry (minimum 4-years).
- Trade qualification in electronics, communications or Audio Visual or demonstrated industry equivalent.
- Current valid Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle
- Australian Citizenship to be able to access Secure Agency material.
- Holds a current EWP – SL
- Holds a current Test and Tag
- Holds a Construction Induction
- Holds a current Cabler Registration – Open and Endorsement – S, OF, C,T
