We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Operator to assist with the planning, operation and execution of live events.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical components of events from pre-production, and onsite operating to post-production, ensuring the smooth running of events and excellent customer service.
You will liaise with clients when necessary. This role would be approximately 25% office & 75% on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the technical components of live events from pre-production, onsite, and post-production
- Prepare and de-prep equipment in the warehouse
- Research new technologies and solutions
- Onsite operating
- Provide technical support and excellent customer service
- Willingness to travel if needed
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Audio-Visual Technician
- Good knowledge in all aspects of AV - Training can be provided
- Solution-based approach to problems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
