Audiology Assistant

We are a friendly, motivated team who are passionate about providing high level hearing care at an affordable price. We value communication, learning, and providing great customer care. We are seeking a person with a great customer service attitude to work with us as an Audiology Assistant. 

We are looking for a full time or part time employee.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must have:

•  Friendly customer service attitude 
• Willing to learn new skills 
• Basic literacy 
• Happy to talk to customers on the phone
• Time management
• Our stores are busy places so you may need to be flexible with working from different desks
• Able to work both independently and in a team

Good to have: 

• Experience with hearing aids, or with health care administration

Pay starts at $25.29 per hour (retail award level 2) with room to grow :)
