The Automated Dispensing Cabinet (ADC) Systems Manager plays a critical role in the efficient running of the ADCs at Royal North Shore (RNS) Hospital.

What you'll be doing
The Automated Dispensing Cabinet (ADC) Systems Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the ADCs in patient care areas of Royal North Shore Hospital, as well as the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of the system. They are responsible of supporting nursing and pharmacy front line staff in the effective and efficient operation of the ADCs.
RNS uses Pyxis ES, so experience with Pyxis ES is an asset. RNS is currently rolling out Pyxis ES units to additional patient care areas, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the project management, deliverables, and subject matter expertise to support this project.

- Previous experience in a medication-related work environment or hospital pharmacy, with an understanding of pharmacy and nursing procedures and issues.
- Excellent computer skills, preferably including familiarity with common Microsoft Office products, date-bases and project management software.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of inventory management in a large complex environment.
