AddressAs an Automation Test Engineer you will develop and execute test scripts to validate mobile applications. Leveraging frameworks like Playwright, Java, TypeScript and Appium, you will build a structured test automation framework to enable test reuse and maintenance and will be working on the testing backlogs of different platforms.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for mobile applications using Playwright, Java, TypeScript, Appium, and other related frameworks
- Create and maintain a structured, reusable test automation framework
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA analysts to understand test requirements
- Identify defects and work with teams to have them resolved
- Continuously improve scripting efficiency, framework structure, and test coverage
- Clearly document and report test results
- 3+ years experience in test automation for mobile applications
- Proficiency in Playwright, Java, TypeScript
- Experience with Appium, Detox or other mobile test automation frameworks
- Cloud Solution and Process Type is an Advantage
- Knowledge of coding best practices, design patterns, troubleshooting
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
