About the role:
The main aim for the role is Business Development (generating / farming for new leads) and nurturing already established relationships with our dealership clients
- Willingness to create & prospect opportunities for new business.
- Delivering TSS sales training to sales & service consultants.
- Encourage opportunities / prospects generated to move forward to take a 30 day free trial of TSS services (of course with the help and support of the National Manager)
- Engaging and providing solutions/updates to the dealerships leadership teams on how their teams are performing.
- Self-confident to present to Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, Managers, G.M’s & Dealer Principals.
- Utilise all our TSS training tools including the TSS Online Training Academy & Call Scoring Portal.
- The role is predominately on the road (start and finish from home) visiting 2-3 dealerships per day.
- You will collaborate closely with the TSS team during the month ensuring the teams & your success.
- The team at TSS will help you develop your confidence along with developing your training ensuring your continued growth.
- There will be 2-4 travel days a month requiring overnight stays.
- You will be developed & mentored by the TSS National Manager.
This position is ideally suited for individuals who demonstrate the following qualities:
- Experience as an Automotive Dealership Manager or Over 5 years as a car sales consultant, or working for an Automotive Industry supplier as Account Manager/BDM within the Automotive Industry.
- Experience and skill set to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Confident in understanding dealership operations and the sales process.
- Ability to communicate & share ideas clearly at all levels (speak & deliver ideas in front of groups).
- Professional presentation & communication style (backed by an easy-going, friendly, & upbeat personality).
- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles.
- Willingness to commute between dealerships on a daily basis (enjoy being on the road).
- Deep commitment to the company’s objectives of delivering quality and exceptional service.
- Naturally energised by interacting and engaging with people at all levels.
- Thrives in a team environment, enjoying banter and rapport with both clients and colleagues.
- Driven by a desire for continuous self-improvement, maintaining a proactive “can-do” attitude, and a relentless focus on problem-solving.
