About the position:
The purpose of this position is to deliver a successful Aftersales Personal Service concept to our Client Volvo Luxury Vehicles Company network in Australia. The work involves consulting, planning and coaching across a dealership to change processes to create new efficient process flow in the workshop and aftersales department. The result will be a much higher throughput and an improved customer experience.
Using your experience with stakeholder communication, you will be instigating change to coach team members to implement the Volvo Personal Service program and meet program deliverables.
Your background: You have a broad experience working within a Dealership, particularly in aftersales, you enjoy travel and are looking to making the step forward to implement change within Dealerships.
Experience Required:
- Working Knowledge of Automotive Customer Service, Warranty Process, Service Quality and Process, Parts Process and Inventory Management, Aftersales Management and Customer Satisfaction Programmes
