Automotive Spare parts Assistant
About the role:
- A Full-time permanent position – Immediate start
- Prepare, pack and deliver orders for customers.
- Receive and store parts stock orders
- Customer parts enquiries & sales, via phone and email.
- Liaising with customers, internal departments and suppliers.
- Work closely with the Workshop and Sales Dept. to ensure availability of parts.
- Ensure all customer’s requirements are promptly and accurately quoted and invoiced correctly as needed.
About You:
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Sound computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both face to face and on the telephone.
- A full NSW driver’s license.
- Forklift license highly regarded, but not essential.
- Experience in the automotive environment is highly regarded, but not essential.
