Position Overview:
Due to our growth in earning a great reputation within the Mazda community, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Service Receptionist at Penrith Mazda, you will be a pivotal point of being our 1st point of contact for our customers whether it be on the phone or in person. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation as a leading Master Dealer and upholding our commitment to exceptional service.

- Great customer service mentality
- Service reception experience a bonus but not essential ( Attitude is key)
- Great phone manner
Tasks & responsibilities
- Full Time 8:24am - 5:00pm Mon to Fri
- Answering Phone Calls
- Booking in Service Customers
- Redirecting phone calls to the correct department
- Manage and reply to online bookings
