Automotive Electrician Wanted - Pinjarra

Total Plant Hire is expanding and are looking for an Auto Electrician to join our small workshop team based in Pinjarra on a full-time basis. We also encourage sub-contractors to register their interests.
This workshop-based role will have you reporting to the Workshop Supervisor where you will be conducting a range of tasks including machine rebuilds and maintenance, diagnostics and fault finding, preventative and scheduled maintenance, and component change-outs across our varied range of equipment including Caterpillar, Toyota, Isuzu, HINO and more.
You will have a strong focus on carrying out all works within in a timely manner, high attention to detail and within health & safety guidelines, along with ensuing all works are completed to a high standard ensuring your work upholds to Total Plant Hires values.
You’ll be conducting a range of maintenance tasks, including rebuilds, diagnostics and fault finding, CAT, Komatsu, and Hitachi mobile plant equipment.
To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate:
- Relevant Auto Electrician trade qualification recognised in Australia.
- A minimum of 5 years plus post trade experience desirable.
- Strong CAT diagnostic and maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of Toyota, HINO and Isuzu vehicles and equipment is essential.
- The ability to work independently or within a small team environment.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- A strong commitment to safety and site-specific procedures.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
