Auto-Electrician Duties and Responsibilities
Vast understanding of 12v and 48v electrical systems
Installation of electrical systems and accessories
Good attitude towards problem solving and finding faults
Complete wiring looms
OEM or better workmanship
Must be open to helping with non electrical work as required
Auto-Electrician Requirements and Qualifications
Valid Drivers Licence – Bonus for MR or above
Physically able to stand, sit, lift, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
Able to read, understand and follow work flow instructions
Good verbal and written communication skills
We are looking for an Auto Elec to join our growing team, The ideal person has experience in electrical whether it be automotive, marine or aviation who can work somewhat autonomously and in small teams.
As a small business sometimes jobs will outside your normal scope and you must be ok with this, ie: fitting suspension if needed, pickup and delivery of vehicles, and other shop duties.
This position will grow into a supervisor role for the right applicant so managing your own area and consumables is something that is needed.
We are an incredibly tight team here with a non corporate style, lunch bought every Friday NO WEEKENDS unless you would like it when suitable.
Looking for the person who is obsessed with 4wding, trucks, or electrical, if you spend most your time watching youtube about 4wds, traveling and the latest products in our market or just love working in your garage on weekends you are likely who we want to speak to.
A Tool allowance available if you have your own tools but must be kept up to a standard of having the right tool for the right job.
CTO Industries is fast growing leader in the US Truck industry for offroad builds and upgrades, as a small family oriented team we work through dealers and private clients on mostly new vehicles doing small installs to complete canopy and electrical fitouts and GVM Upgrades.
