The head office is based in Brisbane at Rocklea (with a new office and warehouse currently being built!) and this role can be based in the office or from home in the greater Brisbane area, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast.
About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Managing Director, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Automotive Lubricant market through various sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders like automotive dealerships and repair shops
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on product features and benefits
- Promote and market Automotive Lubricants through various channels, such as trade shows, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing efforts
- Provide customised solutions to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify business growth opportunities
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive or mechanical industry
- Any experience with Lubricant Sales or similar would be highly desirable
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (HubSpot)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
You will also have:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
- The ability to engage and influence key decision-makers
