We have a cnc workshop with Laser cutter, mills, lathes and Hydraulic cylinder honing capabilities. We are based in Australia's newest and most advanced shipyard, based right here on the Gold Coast, it an amazing environment and a pleasure to work in.
The Position
As Painter you will be working davits and cranes to take them from a Bare Aluminum body through the fairing process, high build primers and topcoats. There are varying parts that need to be prepared and painted with plenty to keep you busy.
You will be taking the bare metal fabricated products right throuigh to final top coat. This will include using filler to fair and cove the units to get a straight high-quality finish ready for high build primer. The move from High build through the topcoat processes.
You will need to supply your own hand tools, but all specialist tools will be provided. Work is varied and interesting, and we have heaps of it!

You will need good Trade skills across your area and be willing to work within a great young dynamic team but able to manage your own time and schedule.
