Collision Care Group is a fast growing company specialising in luxury vehicle repairs and insurance work. We are currently seeking an experiencedAutomotive Spray Painter to join our newly established Rockhampton location in a dual role as a Paintshop Manager. Work will commence work in April of 2024.
Qualified Automotive Spray Painter
The successful applicant will require:
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Knowledge of the vehicle repair industry
- Paint cars to a high standard.
- Assist other painters and preppers as necessary.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail
- Be punctual & reliable
- Good work ethic
- Managerial experience is desirable but not required
Your Responsibilities as Paintshop Manager
- Organizing and running the paint shop
- Painting vehicles independently and in conjunction with team members
- Co-ordinating staff and allocating work as required
- Prioritize jobs as required, and scheduling bake cycles
- Ordering materials as needed
- Ensure shop equipment is in reliable working order and arrange for maintenance as required
- Prepping, masking, and polishing
- Fulfilling quality control requirements and finalizing jobs

Salary: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 (based on experience and existing skillset)
