We are searching for a candidate with Automotive Parts knowledge and prior parts sales experience who is driven to succeed and is looking to join a supportive, hardworking team at our Noosaville site on the beautiful Sunshine Coast,
This position will require the successful candidate to be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assessing customer part requirements, recommending and selling the appropriate parts, and making a lasting positive impact to vehicle owners across the state!
Your key responsibilities will be, and not limited to:
- Identify the make, model and variation of motor vehicle
- Order parts and maintain stock levels to satisfy demand
- Receipt, dispatch and store parts
- Provide information on spare parts availability and pricing
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Use of Catalogues such as Micro KAT and EQ-HIT
- Relevant qualification i.e., Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts interpreting) highly desirable
- Current Queensland Manual Drivers Licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound computer experience
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
