The Lower Mid North Coast Sector Pharmacy Service is based at Manning Base Hospital in Taree, providing high quality clinical pharmacy services within the dispensary and ward environments. - This position will see you working with a highly skilled team of pharmacists and pharmacy support staff to ensure optimal medication safety and service efficiency, whilst participating in innovative models of care and integrated approaches to medication safety and antimicrobial stewardship across Sector services and in partnership with private hospital and community partners.
- You will be supported with internal and external continuing professional development opportunities.
- This is a parental leave position with the possibility of a contract extension beyond this period.
- Registered as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated experience and competency consistent with the Health Employees' Pharmacists (State) Award.
- Four weeks annual leave (pro-rata for part-time employees)
- Up to 12 allocated days off each year (for full-time employees)
- Superannuation contributions 11%
This vacancy is eligible for an Attraction and Relocation package that includes the following*:
- Attraction incentive paid as a Rural and Regional fortnightly allowance of up to $10,000 for the first 12-months
- Retention incentive of up to $5,000 thereafter annually
