We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior person with Parts experience to join our dynamic spare parts team and move into a assistant manager role. The position require active general administrative and clerical assistance. This role would also suit an Automotive Technician looking to make a career change. - Build effective customer relationships
- Be responsible for procurement of parts and provide accurate quoting
- Confident in selling to customers both over the counter, on the phone, & internally within our workshops
- Be a superstar seller and problem solver, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
- Committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
- Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
- Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates
The successful applicant will:
- Be a passionate customer service expert
- Be comfortable sharing knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
- Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
- Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
- Be available to work Mon - Fri
