About the role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated entry level Automotive Sales Coordinator to join our newly created National Vendor and Buyer Services division at Manheim. In this exciting role, you will work collaboratively within a team who manage the day-to-day car site-based and online auctions and give our vendors world class customer service. Your primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with our vendors in relation to new business development, sales and achieving revenue targets, whilst delivering the highest levels of customer engagement and satisfaction to vendors. valuing and selling auction cars and a willingness to undergo auctioneer training. As part of joining the auction buzz, you will attend our Auction School to become one of our very own auctioneer superstars. 

This is an onsite role based at our Moorebank site and this opportunity is perfect for someone who is seeking a long-term career with a growing, global company. 

Key duties include:

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors to support the auction process
• Seek out growth and development opportunities
• Provide vehicle valuations
• Manage the sale and referral process for car auctions
• Ensure customer service excellence at all time
• Provide sales activity and performance reports as required

About you:

• Experience in a similar role (desired but not essential)
• Great negotiating skills
• Willingness to train and upskill as per job requirements
• Genuine interest in the automotive industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
