With the right aptitude, this role will progress to the newly created Mazda Brand Manager position.
Tamworth Mazda is part of the Woodley Motor Group. A successful, 100+ year old, local Tamworth family-owned business. With 12 Brands across the group, Woodley’s Motors is a long established Automotive Sales and Service centre in North West NSW.
The JOB:
To be considered for this role you must have high procedural skills, enjoy working in a competitive market, and:
- Be professional, ambitious, confident, and have high levels of self-motivation and drive.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be organized and have a keen eye for detail.
- Have a high level of personal presentation.
- Have excellent people skills and be intuitive to client’s needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Actively selling and meeting targets.
- Delivering the ultimate customer experience to all customers that are in contact with the dealership.
- Understanding the time flexibility required working in the automotive industry.
- Striving to achieve set sales targets and KPI’s.
- Makes sales appointments with new clients.
- Generate leads and enquiries through active and creative prospecting methods, as well as through many of our internal channels
- Undertake daily duties required as part of the Woodley’s Sales Team
- Create your own journey of education, alongside our own internal training, to gain the most out of this position
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES AND SKILLS WILL BE
- Be Enthusiastic. Be Positive. Be Motivated. Be a Team Player.
- Sales and automotive experience preferable. HOWEVER – it is not necessary
- A willingness to attend training programs and maintain sound knowledge on vehicle product.
- Demonstrated computer skills.
- A current driver’s licence
