As a manager, you will need to be all over any dealership activities associated with the sale and delivery of vehicles you sell. This includes establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all our other departments.
Regardless of how high-pressure the environment is, you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and lead by example, displaying superior negotiation and closing skills in order to meet our KPIs and sales targets.
