What are the details?
We presently have position available as a Service Advisor at our Lidcombe Service Centre.
Join us if you are;
- Experienced in a Service Advisor and/or costing role;
- Have experience using Pentana / EraPower / TUNE or relevant DMS
- Highly motivated and solutions driven;
- Keen to work with a successful Service Advisor team;
- Interested in maximising sales opportunities;
- Passionate about providing awesome customer service throughout vehicle servicing process;
- Professional in your attention to detail and ability to follow process;
- Proficient level in Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Licenced to drive a car in NSW;
More about the role;
- You will greet our customers as they arrive at the Dealership.
- Advise customers of the work to be undertaken on their vehicle during a service visit.
- Prepare repair orders.
- Arrange loan vehicles.
- Accurately estimate the cost and time needed to complete services or repairs.
- Liaise with the Workshop Controller to ensure all work is completed on time.
- This role is Monday-Friday, Saturdays are as rostered - when open.
