Sydney's Number One Toyota dealership, Castle Hill Toyota, is looking for a Automotive Service Advisor.
There is no selling required in this position. The ideal applicant will have previous Customer Service experience.

In your role as a AutomotiveService Advisor you will be 100% focused on managing your Customers experience whilst their vehicle is in our care. Your Customer centric nature will ensure you deliver the ultimate Customer Experience to each and every Customer.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Greeting guests to the service department
- Obtaining accurate parts and labour prices
- Handling guest complaints
- Preparing invoices and closing repair orders
- Excellent time Management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Communicating vehicle symptoms and fault rectifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Current driving licence.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
About You
- Experience in a similar role or automotive background preferred
- Outstanding guest service and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under with others
