Form of workOur client is an award winning automotive vehicle manufacturer/importer located in Sydney's northern suburbs.
Leading the way in technology, product range, safety and with a strong customer focus, they are seeking an experienced candidate, with an aftersales/technical training background, to join their team.
Your responsibilities will encompass the development, preparation, and delivery of training modules for Technician and Service Advisor Programs. This involves development of course material through to assessment & evaluation of qualifications & gap analysis. Whilst the prime focus of this role will be in the development & updating of course content, there will be some requirement to deliver technical training.
Working with the Dealer network & internal stakeholders, you will identify training requirements and work to design and develop eLearning, digital and classroom learning platforms.
Qualifications and Experience
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Ideally qualifications as a technician/mechanic
- Demonstrated understanding of Australian Safety Standards
- Strong presentation skills
- Solid computer literacy - PowerPoint, Publisher etc
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
