Reporting to the Service Manager, the role involves you being a leader in driving high quality vehicle servicing and maintenance including but not limited to
- Accurately identifying and reporting on service, repair, and warranty work
- Carry out minor and major services to manufacturer and dealership specifications.
- Trouble shoot and conduct Diagnostics across a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
- Perform road testing and conduct quality control check assessments.
- Maintain a safe working environment ensuring the correct operation of tools and specialised equipment.
- Contribute to the positive team culture and overall guest experience.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 Years’ experience working in a large busy workshop or dealership environment.
- Previous Toyota experience highly regarded but not essential.
- Ability to work autonomously and collectively as part of a large team.
- Knowledge and mechanical experience to service, repair, diagnose across a wide range of makes and models.
- Ability to problem solve, work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to a job done right the first time.
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Full Australian Trade Motor Mechanic Qualifications
- A Current Manual Driver’s Licence

- for qualified and experienced mechanics, 70000 – 75000 salary package.
