This role is a great opportunity for a qualified Automotive Technician! Our client makes employee happiness their priority and is currently looking for qualified Automotive Technicians to join their multi-franchised dealership, based on Brisbane’s north side.This type of role does not come along often, and with new management in place, our clients have made the commitment to ensure their staff have a positive work environment and look forward to coming to work every day.
On offer to you is a state-of-the-art workshop, a negotiable hourly rate, an achievable incentive package, plus to make your workday even more enjoyable, lunchrooms are fitted with a pool table and pinball machines! Food trucks are also often brought to the dealership for staff and it is the hope of our client that they will be seen as THE employer of choice!
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Certificate III in Automotive (LV)
- Dealership experience is highly desired
- Manual drivers’ licence
- RWC and A/C licence is highly desired, but not essential
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to workshop safety
- Ability to work to deadlines, with good time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Full Australian working rights
- Have a positive attitude to work
