Warranty Administrator/Clerk - Sydney
What we are looking for:
Great communication skills with an outstanding telephone manner, great organisational skills, a high level of computer proficiency, excellent customer service ethic and the ability to work in a team.
What the role entails:
Compile and complete warranty claims following guidelines and costing of repair orders
Ensure valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted are kept.
Maintain monthly reconciliation of claims and submit transport and hidden damage claims. Ensure clear direction on factory policy decisions are adhered to at all times.
- managing the warranty claims process for the dealership through to completion
- liaison with customers, internal and external
- assisting Reception and Service Advisors during peak times by welcoming customers and clients, answering calls and taking service bookings
- maintenance of appropriate databases
- preparation of reports
The successful applicant will possess:
• Previous warranty experience essential
• Current NSW drivers license preferable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Intermediate skill within the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
