- Previous Warranty or Technical / Mechanical experience is required.

The duties included in this role are:
- Processing of warranty claims
- Campaign/call checks
- Return of faulty parts to factory
- Batch printing RO,s
- Maintaining Modis Service entry closure
- Maintaining day sheets
- Tagging and locating all used warranty parts daily
- Disposing of all used warranty parts monthly upon manufacture credit.
This role will be based at Waterloo.
