We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented AV & LED Technician/Warehouse Storeperson to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be passionate about AV technology and will provide warehouse support to the AV Department who are responsible for the installation, testing and commissioning of Exhibition and permanent displays/LED screen installations.

What you'll do:
- Manage the AV Inventory to ensure all parts are accounted for, well-maintained and ready for action.
- Provide warehouse support to the AV department by picking, packing and preparing AV inventory in readiness for Onsite installations.
- Assisting with stocktake and stock control of AV inventory.
- General housekeeping and maintaining a safe and clean warehouse.
- Visit various client sites to install, configure and program our LED screen hire inventory.
- Ensure that all our AV hire products are fully operational and well maintained by carrying out basic repairs or coordinating more complex troubleshooting.
- Test and Tag all necessary cables and equipment, ensuring everything meets our high safety standards on an annual basis.
- Collaborate with the Xzibit team and contribute to the seamless delivery of AV solutions.
Who you are:
- You have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for audiovisual systems and the latest tech trends and have the ability to use this knowledge to turn concepts into reality.
- Prior experience working in a warehouse with a demonstrated understanding of warehouse procedures and safe warehouse practices.
- Hands-on experience in the AV field and/or strong foundational knowledge of AV systems, including LED screens.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn and utilise our systems.
- Comfortable with occasional weekend and after-hours work, as well as the possibility of interstate travel, to meet the dynamic needs of our clients.
