We are seeking and Aviation Fuel Service Technician who delivers great attention to detail and strong customer service. ideally the candidate is a self-motivator who can work well with other people, showing initiative when working independently, in addition playing a pivotal role in the growth and viability of the company.
Aviation Maintenance Group is a small/ medium sized service provider that supplies quality services at Aviation fuel sites around the country in a safe and professional manner. We require a candidate that is keen to work on a Casual to permanent basis and further develop this position.
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong work ethic, with a focus on safety
- A skilful multitasker with the ability to prioritise, and must possess a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to take and follow instruction from senior technicians and management
- Detail orientated and enthusiastic
- NMI calibration qualification would be highly regarded
- Computer literate
- Willing to regularly travel interstate and intrastate
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Australian Citizen
The day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Site servicing including filter replacement, meter calibrations and testing of equipment
- Vehicle meter calibrations and servicing of fuelling equipment
- Completion of site documentation and electronic timesheets
- Liaising with internal staff, suppliers and contractors
