Aviation Security Supervisor oversees security operations at an aviation site, ensuring team compliance with SOPs and high service levels. They coordinate security personnel, liaise with clients, and guarantee staff training for security screening roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Address issues, maintain service quality, and ensure team professionalism.
Team Management: Identify training needs, provide feedback, and foster employee engagement.
Reporting: Monitor and report on security incidents and ensure communication efficiency.
Site Security: Facilitate passenger and check baggage security screening.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to site-specific and company-wide policies.
Ethics: Promote ethical behavior and compliance with company standards.
