We are currently seeking experienced Security professionals in our Wilson Aviation Division who are suitably qualified, self-motivated and passionate about all things Customer. As a Terminal Response Officer you must have excellent communication and customer experience skills and a high level of security awareness, underpinned by the training we will invest in as part of your Wilson Aviation onboarding. Previous aviation security experience would be advantageous, but we are also keen to hear from you if you feel you have the skills to deliver a positive experience whilst protecting and safeguarding customers as they travel through Perth Airport. This role is also ideally suited to former military or emergency services personnel and attracts an attractive salary package and other company benefits. Applicants must have:
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written including the ability to complete statements as required
- Excellent customer service skills, including de-escalation
- Able to manage multiple events at once
- Must be physically fit and able to stand on your feet for lengthy periods of time
- Must be able to respond quickly to incidents within a large area
- Clean criminal record and the ability to obtain an Aviation Security identification Card (ASIC)
- Experience in an airport or similar environment transport of infrastructure environment

- Salary of $100,000
Duties will include:
- Providing security services to Airport terminals
- Area patrols of all terminal areas (on foot)
- Alarm & duress alarm responses
- Monitoring for and managing suspicious persons or items
- Reporting of incidents, active response and follow up reports
- Integrity Verification of sterile areas, ASIC Identification and tool checks
- Supporting terminal operations during incidents
Essential Licenses and qualifications: To be considered, you MUST hold the correct licences / certification:
- Current and valid WA Security licence
- Current and valid WA Driver's licence
- Minimum Certificate II in Security Operations
- Must hold current valid First Aid and CPR
- Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia
