About the role 

Due to business growth we are looking to appoint a B2B Channel Sales Manager to lead an established team across current B2B channels and grow our B2B footprint in Australia and overseas.

This is a newly created position with a mandate to strategically plan and drive international business to business sales strategies, corporate partnerships and retail sales new business channels via identified sectors across Australia and Internationally.

Reporting to the Head of Product & Distribution, this is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to put their stamp on a growing area of our business. 

Success will be measured across the following KPIs:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies that drive international B2B sales growth.
  • Identify and develop tailored B2B sales strategies that expand endota’s presence in the corporate partnership market.
  • Monitor and analyse sales date to identify areas of improvement and growth within our Australian retail sales portfolio and provide guidance on retail sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Drive product and gift card revenue growth from new and existing channels.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build trust, credibility, and brand identity in the marketplace.
  • Provide strong and empathetic leadership across the team, set a clear strategic direction and inspire the team to deliver on the vision.
  • Build strong working partnerships that align with endota values and meet strategic outcomes.


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on international markets and corporate partnerships.
  • Effective preparation and delivery of considered business/investment cases to support new business development.
  • Strategic thinking and results oriented.
  • Experience working to financial targets and driving sales and revenue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Experience working in a similar role within the wellness/spa industry or cosmetics/skincare would be highly regarded,

In addition, you have a passion and interest in the beauty, health, and wellness industry. Prior experience in these industries will also be highly regarded but not essential.  You will be someone with a strong desire to learn and develop your knowledge of the endota business, products and services.
