The opportunity:Based in Melbourne, the
B2B Marketing Manager is responsible for the growth of Pharmacy Choice and healthSAVE member programs, driving member engagement, and creating winning
B2B Marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
What you will do:- Grow the Pharmacy Choice and healthSAVE Pharmacy groups through development of leading programs, tools and services
- Ownership of digital platforms and systems
- Compelling group events including pharmacy incentive programs
- Execute B2B marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints
- Drive member recruitment, engagement, and retail execution
- Manage operational requirements including budgets and administration
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute winning strategies

You are an accomplished marketer equally at home working in a B2B and B2C environment.To succeed in this role you will have:

- Experience in a multi-channel environment managing multiple digital platforms
- Results focused with a high level of self-motivation, and growth mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with excellent planning and time-management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication details with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder engagement including working closely with customer facing teams to deliver success
- Experience in community pharmacy, and tertiary qualifications preferred
