Job description

Looking for a solid BA with specific Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module exp to help with a high profile project!

Our client is within the Education sector and are looking for a Business Analyst who ideally has experience working on SAP SuccessFactor projects specifically with Employee Central (EC) and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules.
We are looking for someone who can start immediately as there are some very tight deadlines and someone who can hit the ground running. You will ideally need to have worked closely with the Finance department to help implement SuccessFactors or work very closely with stakeholders within the financial department on similar products. They are currently in the SIT phase so experience with hands on test scripting exp would be advantageous.
This role is based in Parramatta and is a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office). The team is working on a high profile project and this role will be an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.
Some of the responsibilities include:
  • Translate complex technical requirements operations into common language.
  • Be involved in the SIT/UAT phase
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and consultancy groups to produce documentation.
  • Produce high quality documentation.
  • Elaborating and refining defined business requirements into functional specifications
  • Documenting and consulting with relevant stakeholders to identify what capabilities they are looking for and ensure the new system meets the criteria
  • Documenting designs to a level sufficient for future maintenance or support.
  • Rapidly acquire working knowledge of customer's internal line-of-business systems.

To be suitable you will need:
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst ideally on projects implementing HRIS/Payroll/CRM or ERP products that have configurable modules
  • Experience specifically with Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules
  • Ideally experience helping implement SuccessFactors or a similar CRM for the finance department
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and ideally a technical background
  • The ability to attain a Working With Children Check
  • The willingness to be in the office and build strong relationships with the team as opposed to only working remotely
