Qualifications & experience
- Experience in mixing, making & baking is preferred. Have high and consistent standards and an eye for detail
- Be Relaible and consistent. Have a positive attitude and able to work well in a small group
- Able to work across the 7 days if the week including early starts and on public holidays.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of Bread & Pastry production, including mixing, producing & baking.
- Operate bakery machinery to produce products to expected standards.
- Produce, decorate & display products for sale.
- Work well with others in a small group
