Bakery Assistant

All Foods Market is a well-established West Australian-owned, family-run business that operates several IGA supermarkets around Perth.

All Foods Market is currently seeking multiple experienced Bakery Assistant to join their strong and successful team. You will be responsible for the production of fresh baked good in our bakery department. This role would suit a person that is enthusiastic, driven and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Key accountabilities for the role include but are not limited to:

• Ability to produce high-quality products;
• Growing the department sales and GP;
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the department;
• Operation of a POS software;
• Controlling shrinkage.

Key skills and experience The successful applicant must have:

• Minimum 2 years experience in working with frozen dough and/or bakery experience. 
• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages & stock loss targets;
• Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience;
• Reliable;
• Able to fulfil a physically demanding position.

This position will require one day of weekend work and early starts..
